Do you collect from outside London?

Yes, we offer nationwide UK collection. For areas outside London (Manchester, Birmingham, Scotland, etc.), we use our partner courier network to bring your goods to our London hub for processing.

Air Freight Services

What is the minimum weight?

The minimum chargeable weight for air freight is 10kg. You can ship less than 10kg, but you will be charged the flat minimum rate.

How is the cost calculated?

Cost is based on the greater of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight. Formula: (Length x Width x Height in cm) / 6000. We also add a small handling fee per shipment.

When do flights depart?

We have a weekly consolidated flight departing London Heathrow every Friday. The cut-off time for receiving cargo at our London depot is Thursday at 12:00 PM.

Sea Freight & Vehicles

How long does shipping take?

Sea freight transit time is approximately 4-6 weeks door-to-door. This includes the time for sailing (approx 3 weeks) and port clearance in Nigeria (1-2 weeks).

Can I ship a car with personal items inside?

For RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping, the vehicle must be completely empty. For Container shipping, you can load personal effects inside the car, but they must be declared on the packing list.

Customs & Prohibitions

Do I pay customs duty separately?

For our Door-to-Door service, No. The rate we quote is "All-in", meaning we pay the customs duty on your behalf. For commercial port-to-port shipments, the importer is responsible for duty.

Can I ship perfumes or batteries?

Perfumes and loose Lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) and are prohibited on standard air freight. They can usually be shipped via Sea Freight. Please declare these items to avoid seizure.

Payment & Insurance

When do I pay?

Payment is required before the shipment leaves the UK. Once we have weighed and measured your items at our depot, we will issue an invoice for immediate payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer (UK or Nigeria accounts), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Cash at our office.

Are my goods insured?

We provide basic liability cover for total loss. However, for valuable items (electronics, designer goods), we strongly recommend purchasing our Goods in Transit Insurance (approx 3-5% of declared value) for full protection against damage or theft.
