Understanding Volumetric Weight
In air freight, you pay for either the actual weight (how heavy it is) or the volumetric weight (how much space it takes up)—whichever is higher.
For example, a large box of pillows might weigh only 5kg, but takes up the space of a 20kg box. You would be charged for 20kg.

Yes, our standard air freight minimum is typically 10kg. If your package is lighter, you will still be charged the minimum fee.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. Once your item is booked in at our London hub, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status until it arrives in Lagos.
Do I need to pack it myself?
You can pack it yourself, but we recommend our professional packing service for fragile items to ensure they survive the flight safely.
