Packaging Standards
Using export-grade sacks, pallets, and cartons that meet ISPM 15 wood packaging regulations.
Lab Analysis

Correct Labeling
Ensuring all products have traceability codes, batch numbers, and 'Country of Origin: Nigeria' clearly marked.
Regulatory Compliance Guide
Understanding the paperwork is crucial to legal exporting.
1. NEPC Registration
Every exporter must be registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). We can guide you on obtaining your Exporter's Certificate.
2. NXP Form Processing
The "Nigeria Export Proceeds" form is mandatory. It is processed via commercial banks to ensure foreign exchange earnings are repatriated. No NXP, no shipment.
3. Certificate of Origin
Required to prove your goods are Nigerian. Vital for benefiting from duty-free schemes like AGOA (USA) or ETLS (ECOWAS).
4. Inspection Certificates
Depending on the product, you may need certificates from NAFDAC (Food/Drugs), Federal Produce Inspection Service (FPIS), or Solid Minerals Ministry.
Export FAQ
Do you help find buyers abroad?
We are a logistics and freight forwarding company, not a trade broker. We handle the movement of goods, but you must secure your own buyers. However, we can advise on logistics costs to help you price your goods competitively.
Can I export food to the UK post-Brexit?
Yes, but the UK has specific standards. Dried beans, for example, have restrictions due to pesticide residues. Smoked fish requires specific health certificates. We stay updated on these rules to advise you correctly.
What is the minimum weight for export?
For commercial air freight, we recommend a minimum of 100kg to get better rates. For sea freight, the minimum is usually 1 CBM (Cubic Meter) for LCL groupage.
