When do you collect?
We collect Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. We can usually arrange a specific day that suits you, though exact time slots depend on traffic.
Can I send electronics?
Yes, you can send phones, laptops, and TVs. However, these often attract a specific clearance surcharge due to Nigerian customs regulations. Please declare them when booking.
Is insurance included?
Our standard liability covers loss of weight. For valuable items, we strongly recommend purchasing our additional goods-in-transit insurance for full coverage.
